RETURNS
Thank you for purchasing pet products from Sandia Pet Products, Inc. Our goal is for your 100% satisfaction with your order. If there is a problem, please contact us at sandra@sandiapet.com within 30 days after receipt and describe the problem. We will work with you for a mutually agreeable solution.
REFUNDS
If there is a problem with workmanship, please notify us within 30 days after receipt, and we will ask you to return the item by U.S. postal service to Sandia Pet Products, 3434-C Vassar Drive, NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87107. Please notify us at the above e-mail address when the item ships so we can be looking for it. All shipments to us should be sent by US Postal Service 1st class with a tracking number. If there is a defect in our product, we will replace the item and refund your postage or give you a full refund including your postage. Any refunds will be by check mailed directly to you.
